This is a short day-one notice for the marketing site. A fuller policy will replace it as the product goes live.
The Vertana marketing site collects only what you choose to send, for example a booked call or an email to hello@vertana.ai. We use that information to reply and schedule, not to sell a list.
When you use a business search or a free tool on this site, we keep what you searched for, the businesses Google returned, the one you picked, and the results we showed you, along with an approximate city. We use it to improve the tools and to understand which businesses are interested in Vertana. We do not store your IP address with it.
Hosting and Google Analytics 4 may process standard technical logs (IP, user agent, pages viewed) to keep the site up and understand traffic. We do not run a public client portal on this domain; portal data for client installs lives on the client’s systems and domain.
Text messages: if you opt in to texts from Vertana at (888) 618-4769, we keep your mobile number, your messages, and a record of your consent so we can reply and honor STOP. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Program terms are on the text messaging page.
