Industry proof

Law firm websites and SEO, proven on a live firm.

Jon founded Conduit Law, a Denver personal injury firm, and runs its marketing and operations. It is where the install was built and where it still runs every day.

Most “law firm website” pages are a costume: stock courthouse photos, a promise to rank for every practice area in the county, and a contact form that emails a receptionist who is already on another line. The job is narrower and harder. The site has to get found for the work the firm actually does, on Google and in answers like ChatGPT, and then it has to open a file without losing the person who just found you.

That is the same front-desk website we install for other owner-operators, written in the language a firm actually uses: consult, intake, engagement, retainer. The SEO is the monthly work, not a launch checklist.

What a law firm site actually has to do

  • Say, in text, which matters you take and which you do not. A homepage that lists twelve practice areas and ranks for none of them is the usual failure.
  • Let someone book a consult on the firm’s domain, at 10pm, without calling the front desk.
  • Run intake once: facts, documents, signatures, payment. Not a PDF emailed after the call, and not a second portal the client will never log into.
  • Land in the systems the firm already runs, so a new matter does not get retyped into four tools.

That last mile is the front-desk install. We do not answer the phone. We make fewer of those calls necessary.

Conduit Law, where the install runs

Jon founded Conduit Law, a Denver personal injury firm, and runs its marketing and operations: the website, the leads, the follow-up, the systems. He is not an attorney. Read what follows as a worked example, not a testimonial.

Organic clicks to the firm’s site grew about nine times in seven months, from the same kind of work carried on every month (Google Search Console, December 2025 to July 2026). Jon founded and owns Conduit Law, PLLC, and runs its marketing and operations. Jon ran this work in-house for his own firm, so your results on a Vertana plan will depend on your market and your plan. Search is one of several channels feeding the firm, and the one that compounds. The full curve, and the caveats that come with it, are on the monthly SEO page.

The operations side is the other half of the same job. Client onboarding at Conduit went from two and a half hours to ten minutes. Every new matter runs through the same front desk, whichever channel it came from. That is why the website is built as a desk rather than a brochure.

Google and ChatGPT, lightly

Firms still get found on Google first: the map pack if you have a local office, and the ordinary results for the matters you actually take. Assistants are a second reader of the same pages. If your services, service area, and proof are not in text, ChatGPT has nothing true to quote. We do not sell a separate “get on ChatGPT” product. That work is ordinary SEO judged by a stricter reader.

If you want a vendor who only does law firms, we are the wrong shop. If you want the person who already runs this stack on a live firm, and who will tell you when a brochure refresh is enough, that is the call. Wellness proof, a different trade on the same install, is Andersen Sports Massage.

Common questions

Do you build law firm websites?

Yes. The site is built to rank for the work the firm actually does, and built as a front desk: book a consult, run intake, sign the engagement, take the retainer. On the firm's domain, wired into the systems the firm already runs.

Is Vertana a law-firm marketing agency?

No. Vertana works with owner-operators in any trade. Law is one proof lane because we have a live firm whose marketing and operations Jon runs. The offer is the same for every trade: monthly SEO and a front-desk website.

Is Jon an attorney, or a partner at Conduit?

Jon is not an attorney and does not give legal advice. He founded Conduit Law and runs its marketing and operations. The legal work is the attorneys'.

Will you publish our case results?

No. We do not publish settlement amounts, verdicts, or case outcomes.
